Ken Block’s Octane Academy Camp: It’s a wrap!

Ken Block’s Octane Academy Camp: It’s a wrap!

From the steep slopes of Snowbird to the race track at Miller Motorsports Park in Utah, eight Octane Academy contestants were put through the ringer to see who had the skill and determination to become the winner of Ken Block’s Camp of Ford’s Octane Academy.

Ken Block and the show’s host (and snowboarding legend) Todd Richards walked the contestants through the six uniquely difficult challenges. Designed by Block himself, each challenge called upon the skills of a race car driver: coordination, reaction, adapting to new situations, and more. After narrowing down the contestants to two by the final day. A close battle ensued between them, but only one came away with the win.

“I had a blast filming my camp of the Octane Academy. We picked eight great kids out of thousands of submissions, and each one of them was ready to do anything to win. The challenges were fun, and the competition was close. I can’t wait to see it on air this Spring”, said Block.

Watch for Ken Block’s Octane Academy challenges, airing this March on Fuel TV.

That is a stunning car, nothing that I have seen before this that is even remotely comparable. Great care indeed. HGV Training Courses

The Espada is a legendary car from Lamborghini, fantastic to look at and true grand touring capability thanks to its spacious cabin and V12 engine. Although the design is more coupe than shooting brake, its striking Bertone styling and practicality instils a similar charm.
